Andrew Murphy

Director


Andrew holds a BA(Hons) in Psychology from Swansea Metropolitan following his passion for understanding people and their behaviour.

Andrew started his recruitment career with a global PLC in 2014, specialising in accounting, front office, finance and risk at all levels across financial services during that time. He carries a keen interest in developing others and helping them to achieve their professional and personal goals.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys running, reading and spending time with his family and he takes a keen interest in economic, political and sporting matters.

Mark Fallon

Mark graduated from National University of Ireland, Maynooth with a BA(Hons) in Geography.

Mark began recruitment in the financial sector in 2010, working in London with a boutique capital markets recruitment agency focusing on front office roles. Subsequently, he joined a global PLC where he became a director and partnered with some major financial services clients in Ireland.

Originally from Longford, coming from a farming background, Mark has a real commitment and self-motivation in developing peoples’ professional careers. Mark has a passion for sport and is an avid player of GAA, and a follower of rugby and golf.

William McCoppin

William McCoppin

William studied at a technology college in the UK before launching his career in recruitment in 2010.

William began his career in London working with global recruitment multinationals, specialising within the regulatory compliance, financial crime and fraud markets. William is skilled in providing interim, mid-to-senior and executive resourcing strategies, partnering with leading financial institutions across the UK and European markets.

In his spare time, William is a keen cyclist and passionate golfer and hopes to navigate some of the finest courses Ireland has to offer.

Gareth Connellan

Gareth is professionally qualified in the field of financial planning in both Ireland and South Africa, having acquired 30 years’ experience in both the insurance and asset management industry.

He has performed a broad palette of roles and brings deep insights as an investment professional across all asset classes and as a distribution expert across institutional, wholesale and retail domains, as well as cross-functional coverage insights across legal, risk, compliance, and marketing.

Gareth is an avid outdoors activity enthusiast, enjoying fishing, golf, running, and spending quality time with his family.

Orla Louden

Orla Louden
Senior Consultant


Orla graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Management.

Orla began her career working in fixed income and FX middle office for a leading multinational investment bank, before progressing internally to front office via their EMEA capital markets programme. Subsequently, in her role in FX institutional sales, Orla’s client base included asset managers, hedge funds and insurance companies based across the EMEA region.

Orla is an active, energetic person. She enjoys books, films and stand-up comedy.

Christine Jones

Christine graduated from Maynooth University with a BBA(Hons) in Business and Management.

Christine began her career in the financial services industry with an international asset management group in their middle office operations. Having worked with external and internal auditors within internal controls, Christine has a strong knowledge of the capital markets industry which will allow her to excel in her role as a specialist recruitment consultant.

Christine is energetic, social and a positive individual. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, keeping active, travelling and meeting new people.

Patrick Kearney

Patrick Kearney

Patrick studied Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Biology in UCD. He then undertook a master’s course in Biopharmaceutical Engineering.

Patrick has developed excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills over the course of his scientific studies. He decided to pursue a career in recruitment to develop the professional and interpersonal skills he acquired during his time working as a sales assistant. Patrick is an energetic, motivated individual who is keen to develop his knowledge in financial services and excel in his role as an associate consultant.

In his spare time Patrick likes to play chess, keep active and socialise with friends.

Evan McNeice

Evan graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BA (Hons) in Business & Economics and has recently completed additional studies in Complex Financial Instruments.

Evan began his career in financial services consulting with a Big-4 Consultancy, before moving into the funds industry with one of the world’s leading banks, where he gained broad exposure into the operational aspects of fund management.

Evan is a keen golfer and member of Killiney Golf Club, and is slowly working through Ireland’s top 100 courses in his spare time.

Claire Lynch

Claire graduated from University College Dublin with a BA (Hons) in English Literature & History before completing an MSc. in Business Management in Trinity College Dublin.

Claire began her career in a multinational recruitment agency, working on a client account prior to joining the marketing team, and is passionate about supporting her colleagues in providing expert market insights to both clients in need of hiring solutions and individuals looking for their next opportunity.

In her spare time, Claire likes to spend time with friends, going for runs and sitting down with a good book.

Aimee Carron

Aimee graduated from Dundalk Institute of Technology with a BA (Hons) in Digital and International Business in 2019.

Aimee began her career as a Marketing Expert for the world’s largest Social Networking company, working with SME’s within the EMEA region. After 2 years there, she went on to operate as a Freelance Social Media Marketing Expert whilst travelling South East Asia. Aimee is passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals through the power of digital marketing.

Aimee’s hobbies include travelling, reading and exploring new coffee shops and restaurants.

Kimberly Braganza

Kimberly completed her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology in India. She then graduated from University College Dublin with a Master’s in Applied Economics.

Kimberly began her career as an onboarding specialist with a background verification company. She then moved on to working as an Economic Consultant, and it was then that she realised she was passionate about people – their motivations and behaviours.

In her spare time Kimberly likes to spend time with friends, watch a good documentary and explore the city.
