Andrew Murphy

Director


Andrew holds a BA(Hons) in Psychology from Swansea Metropolitan following his passion for understanding people and their behaviour.

Andrew started his recruitment career with a PLC in 2014, specialising in accounting, finance and risk at all levels across financial services during that time. He carries a keen interest in developing others and helping them to achieve their professional and personal goals.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys running, reading and spending time with his family and he takes a keen interest in economic, political and sporting matters.

Mark Fallon

Mark graduated from National University of Ireland, Maynooth with a BA(Hons) in Geography.

Mark began recruitment in the financial sector in 2010, working in London with a boutique capital markets recruitment agency focusing on front office roles. Subsequently, he joined a global PLC where he became a director and partnered with some major financial services clients in Ireland.

Originally from Longford, coming from a farming background, Mark has a real commitment and self-motivation in developing peoples’ professional careers. Mark has a passion for sport and is an avid player of GAA, and a follower of rugby and golf.

Glen Hastings

Senior Accounting Consultant


Glen graduated from National University of Ireland, Galway with a BA(Hons) in Commerce with Accounting.

Glen began working in the financial sector in 2016, in Luxembourg with a Big Four accountancy company auditing various international investment funds, private equity funds and management companies. During that time, Glen also completed his ACCA examinations. Subsequently, he joined an award-winning global recruitment company based in Toronto, where he acted as a Finance & Accounting Recruitment Manager and partnered with many mid-sized financial services clients across Canada.

Coming from a small town in the west of Ireland, Glen enjoys travelling and connecting with new people. Glen aspires to use his financial services knowledge to best serve clients and individuals. Glen also enjoys exercising regularly, catching up with friends and keeping up to date with current trends in the market.

Marketing Manager


Gemma holds a BBS(Hons) with a specialism in finance from Dublin City University, a PGDHRM from National College of Ireland and a Digital Marketing and Strategy Diploma from Dublin Business School.

Gemma spent five years in the marketing department of a leading Irish law firm where she gained valuable experience in internal and external corporate communication, digital marketing, advertising, PR and media, events and brand management.

Gemma enjoys travelling, music, and keeping active.
