Andrew Murphy

Andrew holds a BA(Hons) in Psychology from Swansea Metropolitan following his passion for understanding people and their behaviour.

Andrew started his recruitment career with a global PLC in 2014, specialising in accounting, finance and risk at all levels across financial services during that time. He carries a keen interest in developing others and helping them to achieve their professional and personal goals.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys running, reading and spending time with his family and he takes a keen interest in economic, political and sporting matters.

Mark Fallon

Mark graduated from National University of Ireland, Maynooth with a BA(Hons) in Geography.

Mark began recruitment in the financial sector in 2010, working in London with a boutique capital markets recruitment agency focusing on front office roles. Subsequently, he joined a global PLC where he became a director and partnered with some major financial services clients in Ireland.

Originally from Longford, coming from a farming background, Mark has a real commitment and self-motivation in developing peoples’ professional careers. Mark has a passion for sport and is an avid player of GAA, and a follower of rugby and golf.

William McCoppin

William McCoppin

William studied at a technology college in the UK before launching his career in recruitment in 2010.

William began his career in London working with global recruitment multinationals, specialising within the regulatory compliance, financial crime and fraud markets. William is skilled in providing interim, mid-to-senior and executive resourcing strategies, partnering with leading financial institutions across the UK and European markets.

In his spare time, William is a keen cyclist and passionate golfer and hopes to navigate some of the finest courses Ireland has to offer.

Glen Hastings

Glen graduated from National University of Ireland, Galway with a BA(Hons) in Commerce with Accounting.

Glen started his career in the financial sector in 2016, completing his ACCA examinations with a Big Four accountancy firm in Luxembourg. He then joined a global recruitment company in Toronto where he partnered with many mid-sized financial services clients across Canada.

Coming from a small town in the west of Ireland, Glen enjoys travelling and connecting with new people. He exercises regularly and keeps up to date with current trends in the market.

Gemma O

Gemma O'Leary
Marketing Manager


Gemma holds a BBS(Hons) with a specialism in finance from Dublin City University, a PGD HRM from National College of Ireland and a Digital Marketing and Strategy Diploma from Dublin Business School.

Gemma spent five years with a leading internationally-focused Irish law firm where she gained valuable experience in internal and external corporate communication, digital marketing, advertising, PR and media, events and brand management.

Gemma enjoys travelling, music and keeping active. She is also a follower of Dublin GAA.
